Air Quality Systems has been a leader in air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning since 1994. Founded by NADCA Hall-of-Famer Tommy Gwaltney in Atlanta, GA, our company started with one truck and a mission to improve indoor air quality—one home and business at a time.
Tommy’s legacy lives on through the national standards he helped shape, the training programs he developed, and the innovative air duct cleaning technology he championed. His commitment to excellence laid the foundation for what Air Quality Systems is today.
A New Era.
In 2019, under new ownership, we expanded our services to specialize in commercial HVAC cleaning and industrial air duct restoration. Today, we handle high-demand projects in:

Our team employs more than 100 years of combined experience and more certified personnel than any of our regional competitors.
